The Chinese participants will include scholars, educators, government officials, IT managers, and college students. We would also very much hope colleagues in other countries would be able to participate in the conference, which will expand our academic dialogue and research.
This will be the best opportunity to establish acdemic relations and make friends with Chinese pariticipants.
